What To Do If…
You get a flat at night
Stay in a lit spot, hi-vis on, hazards blinking. Send us your live location and we'll change it roadside or lift you home on the flatbed.
Your car won't start in town
Jump-start, battery test or recovery — we carry all three. Give us the street name and your Eircode and we'll be on the way.
You've had a minor collision
Check everyone first, then 999/112 if anyone's hurt. We'll recover the vehicle and secure it safely, then deal with your insurer directly.

What To Do If You Break Down
On a motorway
- Hazard lights on the moment you feel trouble
- Pull as far left onto the hard shoulder as you can
- Hi-vis vest on before you open the door
- Everyone out the left-hand doors and behind the barrier
- Ring 999 or 112 if you are in live traffic — then ring us
No phone signal
- Walk (behind the barrier) to the nearest motorway emergency phone
- Note the marker post number — it pinpoints you exactly
- Try What3Words if you get even one bar
- Stay visible and stay behind the barrier while you wait
Tyre, battery or overheating
- Tyre: never change one on the motorway side of the car — call us
- Battery: no repeated cranking, it floods the engine
- Overheating: engine off, bonnet closed, let it cool 30 minutes
- Never open a hot coolant cap
Night or bad weather
- Interior light on so you are visible from behind
- Wheels turned away from live traffic
- Stay warm — bring a coat out with you
- Share your live location with us so the driver finds you first time
